The expected building area "KÖNIGSSTUHL" is located in the western Thuringian Forest, also known as the Thuringian Slate Mountains, above Saalfeld. Saalfeld as a location is particularly well-known for the Fairy Grottoes, the most famous stalactite cave in Thuringia. The town also has a very attractive center with a very beautiful town hall.
